So you saw something you liked, eh? And you want one (or two...or three...or all...)! Well then, you're ready to order! You can place your order in few different ways:

  • Online Ordering (Paypal Only): You can order online by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button found on each resin's page. This will open up a new page linked to Paypal on top of our page. To come back to our page, simply click on the "Continue Shopping" button. Once you are ready to check out, you can either click on the "View Cart" button (if on our site to get back to your order at Paypal), or you can click on the "Checkout" button on your shopping cart page (if you already have the cart window open.) Of course this only works if you plan on using Paypal (it's their nifty shopping cart system!)
  • Snail Mail Ordering: Think online ordering is too savvy for you? Then click here to print out our order form using Microsoft Word. Or click here to print out our order form as a .pdf (you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader.) Fill out the form and send it to the address you see at the bottom of this site or at the bottom of the form. Don't forget to include your check, money order or cashier's check. Please do not send us cash in the mail! You can also print out the order form and still pay with Paypal if you don't trust the shopping cart program. But if you do, please make sure you print out and attach your Paypal payment confirmation email to your completed order form before mailing.
  • Other Ways to Order: You can email your order to dabar1@sbcglobal.net - the best way to get a hold of us. At this time phone orders aren't recommended because we are not always there to answer calls. Don't be surprised though if we ask you send in an order form anyway - after all, we do need your payment!


Now, before you go galavanting off to order, please make sure you read, and better yet, understand our ordering policies including returns. Sure, the stuff below makes even our heads hurt reading it (heck, how do you think we felt when we wrote it????), but we gotta have you read it. So without further ado:
  • Payments: We accept credit card payments via Paypal, and now you can use Paypal even if you aren't a Paypal member. So if you are itching to use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to make your purchase, and ain't a Paypaler, you still can order from us. And what is cool about Paypal now is that you do not need to be a member to use them!

    We also accept checks, but your order will not ship until your check clears our bank. And if your check bounces, you will be subject to a $20 returned check fee or the highest amount available by law. Money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted.

    Please do not send cash in the mail. We can't understand why anyone would want to risk sending that kind of dough in the mail anyway.

  • Shipping: Please add $10.00 shipping for each kit. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS)*.

    *For orders being shipped outside the United States (except Canada and Mexico), please email us for an estimate because it gonna be a heck of a lot more than if you were a local yokel livin' in the US!

  • Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery (most orders are shipped the same week payment is received unless paid by check.)
  • If a kit arrives damaged in shipping, you will need to email us within 7 days. We will be more than happy to resolve the issue with you because we want you to be happy with your purchase.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales Tax: Missouri residents please add 7.725% sales tax.
  • Products Pictured: Kits come unassembled and unpainted.
  • Speaking of Returns: We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your item. But we will only accept returned items if they are returned to us in the condition they were received. This means that if you have already started to assemble and/or paint your kit, then decide to return it, we won't accept it. We are reasonable folks, but we expect you to be reasonable as well.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Well, even though we pride ourselves in providing some of the best product in the business, poop happens. If for some reason you receive an item that isn't living up to Anubis Productions' standard of quality, please contact us. We will be happy to resolve the issue immediately.
  • Important Note: Please realize that while we strive to maintain the best customer service we can, and put out the best product we can, we are only human. And because we are human, we eventually will not tolerate abuses of our policies. Therefore we reserve the right to refuse Sales/Service/Other to anyone we find is abusing our good humor and/or is taking advantage of us through any means.
